Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding! We are looking for an experienced Automotive Express Service Advisor at Diehl Honda of Massillon. Customer service, data entry, writing estimates, and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be primary the responsibilities. Prior experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. As a Service Advisor you will: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage Job Type: Full-time Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) DMS experience (preferred) Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance We offer competitive wages and embrace a “promote within” philosophy Qualifications: Clean driving record Time management skills Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel Be organized, professional and courteous
