As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access control as needed, and provide clear, professional communication and customer service to team members and visitors. What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed. - Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting concerns. - Control access at entrances and key interior doors by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor directions, and reporting unusual activity. - Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate. - Complete security-related reports such as shift logs, patrol documentation, and incident reports, and communicate key information during shift handoff. Minimum Requirements: - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
