Job Description Job Description Sr. Construction Estimator The Estimator is responsible for providing accurate estimates to potential clients for construction projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors. They will obtain and analyze data to ensure that estimates are accurate and competitive. The Estimator will provide clients with information about the project and suggest ways to save on construction costs. They will work with the team and provide advice on project planning and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates of construction costs for a variety of projects in the commercial interiors and multifamily sectors. Collect and analyze data related to the proposed construction project to ensure that estimates are accurate and competitive. Provide clients with information about the project and suggest ways to save on construction costs. Work with team members to provide advice on project planning and cost control. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other construction professionals. Ensure that estimates are completed on time and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience estimating commercial construction projects. Thorough understanding of construction practices and principles. Knowledge of estimating software and related processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
