This role is essential in providing exceptional service and a memorable golf experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, managing golf operations, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are met. This position combines a passion for the sport of golf with the impeccable service standards expected at Marriott properties. Provide professional golf instruction and clinics to guests of all skill levels. Assist with the management and operation of the golf facility. Coordinate and host golf tournaments and special events. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct golf equipment evaluations and provide purchasing recommendations. Work collaboratively with other departments to promote and enhance the overall resort experience. Assist in the maintenance and appearance of the golf course and practice areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to teach golf techniques Knowledge of golf course operations and maintenance Ability to coordinate and execute golf events Customer service orientation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PGA Certification preferred First Aid and CPR certification
