Job Description Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the short-term asset preservation of real estate assets within an owner’s portfolio. In doing so, the technician will perform general maintenance and repairs on both occupied and vacant single-family homes. The performance of all tasks is expected to be in- compliance with general safety rules and regulations, in a timely manner, and up to the standards of the maintenance department. The maintenance technician will also aid in the inventory management system and provide recommendations for long-term asset preservation to the project management team.
