Job Description Job Description Used Car Technician – C Harper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the Mon Valley We’re looking for a skilled Used Car Technician to join our growing CDJR service team. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our pre-owned vehicle inventory to ensure every car meets our high standards before reaching the sales lot. Responsibilities: Perform thorough multi-point inspections on pre-owned vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and safety issues Complete light and heavy repairs as needed (brakes, suspension, engine, etc.) Perform routine maintenance services to prepare vehicles for sale Accurately document findings and repairs for fast approvals Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: Automotive technician experience (2 years preferred) ASE certifications are a plus, but not required The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive pay plan (flat rate or hourly, depending on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Join a dealership that values your skills and invests in your future.
