with general property maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and
grounds are well-maintained, performing basic repairs and
supporting skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities: Perform minor
repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Assist with
landscaping and grounds upkeep. Maintain cleanliness of common
areas. Help with inspections and identify maintenance issues.
Report safety hazards and maintenance needs. Organize tools and
supplies. Assist in finishing office and warehouse spaces.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge
of general maintenance tasks. Ability to lift heavy objects and use
tools safely. Good communication and teamwork skills.
