Requirements: Maintenance Job Duties include: - Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping - Landscaping: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc. - Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition - Other duties as assigned Maintenance Job Requirements - At least 1 year of property maintenance experience - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to work well with people - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs - Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs) - Must have a valid Driver’s License and willing to travel within the area Guardian Storage is an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation details: 18.5-19.5 Hourly Wage PIa9175d3d3318-25405-38903525
