This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and supporting office operations in a professional environment. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone and email Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals Provide general administrative and office support Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record maintenance Maintain organized files and accurate documentation Support internal teams with clerical and customer-related needs Qualifications and Requirements: Prior Customer Support experience required Prior Administrative experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with quotes, proposals, and office documentation Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Why work with Express?
