Dispatch Assistant

Job Description:

Large transportation company is looking for a part time dispatch assistant.

As the dispatch assistant you will be supporting dispatchers who offer freight to Independent Contractors ? gathering the necessary paperwork i.e.insurance paperwork, safety records etc so they can be authorized to move the freight. Also responsible for issuing pay advances to drivers which is loaded onto a debit card.

The hours are 1-7 pm M-F with a 1/2 hour for lunch -
