Job Description:

Adecco is NOW RECRUITING for Customer Service Representatives for a local tax collection company located in Irwin, PA!

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representatives include but are not limited to the following:

•Taking incoming calls from customers regarding questions or complaints.

•Updating customer files accurately as needed.

•Making some outbound phone calls if needed.

•Multi-tasking and navigating thru multiple computer screens.

•Other tasks assigned as needed.

Candidates must meet the following Customer Service Representative requirements for consideration:

•Must have previous customer service experience

•Excellent computer skills

•Must be comfortable in a high volume call center environment.

Multiple positions will be available in January 2015!

*This is a temporary, daylight position.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
