Straub Automotive is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our growing team. This role will also serve as backup support for our Rental Coordinator , making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working with people. Key Responsibilities: Handle collections and follow up on outstanding balances Provide professional, friendly service with excellent phone manners Assist as backup Rental Coordinator when needed Perform filing and general administrative duties Maintain accurate records and support accounting functions Assist in taking phone in accounts receivable payments and pull and send copies of invoices for charge customers Qualifications: Accounting experience preferred Basic computer skills required Working knowledge of Excel Dealertrack experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Ability to work Monday - Friday 8-5 Why Straub Automotive?
