Process high-volume vendor invoices in an accurate and timely
manner The AP Specialist will communicate with vendors via phone
and email to resolve inquiries and discrepancies Perform 3-way
match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Reconcile vendor
statements and resolve outstanding items The AP Specialist will
post journal entries and assist with month-end close Qualifications
of the AP Specialist Role: 3 years of experience in Accounts
Payable Proficient with online vendor payment portals Experience
with ERP systems (preferred)
